(1.) RED: The Red fruits and vegetables are usually good for the heart, brain and prostate gland. These foods are rich in lycopene, ellagic acid, quercetin, and hesperidin. The aforementioned substances can lower cholesterol, blood pressure and chances of cancer, such as prostate cancer. Here are some examples: red apples, strawberries, apples, tomatoes, and watermelon.

(2.) ORANGE AND YELLOW: The fruits and vegetables which are orange and yellow in color are usually good in our eyes, skin, lungs and immune system. These foods have inherent beta-carotene (vitamin A), lycopene, flavonoids, potassium and vitamin C. They can help these elements to prevent eye disease (age-related macular degeneration), lower bad cholesterol and prevent cancer. Here are some examples: carrots, sweet potatoes, orange, oranges, pineapple, and papaya.

(3.) GREEN: Green vegetables and fruits are often conducive to our stomach, intestines, and help in the prevention of cancer, such as colon cancer. Green vegetables lower cholesterol and weight. Vegetables such as cabbage, cabbage, spinach, broccoli, spinach, and horseradish are rich in vitamins and minerals.
