Sauna and Sweating is this safe?

Recently using sauna is the latest thing to do to become sweat.  The heat of the sauna has an impact on the body. Rising temperatures in the skin and bring you 2 cups of sweat for a few minutes.

The pulse is also 30% faster and twice the blood pumped by the heart. While warming, most of the blood is going to the skin to produce sweat. It is the way to lower your body temperature.

For young and healthy people there's no adverse impact using the sauna. But for the adults and the sick, there might be.

Possible benefits:

1. Makes you feel relax and comfortable.

2. Makes our metabolism fast when in warm areas. But the weight loss is only due to the sweat.

3. Eliminating the toxins in the body.

Possible Risk:

1. Heart disease and stroke. The heart is slightly having a difficult when experiencing too much heat.

2. High blood pressure or hypertension. Becomes irregular blood pressure when using the sauna.

3. Dehydration and exhaustion of water and nutrients to the body when you have been a long time in the sauna. Must be 15 or 20 minutes. Could it reach dizziness and heat stroke?

To be safe, drink 2 to 3 cups of water after a sauna. Also, do not linger in the sauna for more than 20 minutes. When experiencing dizziness, stop it.
Those with chronic heart disease, diabetes, and others, it is better to avoid in the sauna. Consult a physician for your safety.

For me, the usual exercise is enough for you to sweat and be healthy.
