2. Do not cross the river effluent when the depth is beyond the knee.
3. Do not swim or boat on the river overflowing.
4. Beware of paths and bridges covered by floodwaters.
5. Stay away from power lines.
6. Cook food thoroughly and be careful not to contaminate the leftovers.
7. Drink only clean water, boiled water is much better.
